I’m Lisa Paul, a Registered Counsellor & Psychotherapist and Mental Health Nurse, here to offer support through life’s tougher seasons.
With a background in midwifery and over two decades in healthcare, I bring warmth, understanding, and real-world experience to my work.
Many of the people I support are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck — often after prolonged stress, grief, or difficult transitions. Together, we explore what’s been happening, gently unpack what’s beneath it, and find new ways to reconnect with hope, strength, and self-compassion.
